About Us

We are a group of men and women from the Wyre Forest who are interested in exploring the traditional and modern dances, tunes and songs of England. Formed in October 2010 we aim to dance new and traditional dances within the Border, Molly and Cotswold traditions. Folklore, mythology and local legend has a large influence on our style and repertoire. Our name is derived from Wychbury Hill, a local Iron Age hill fort which is shrouded in mystery.

We have experience in traditional dance, song and music and have performed on and off stage, in front of audiences ranging from 2 to 2000. We attend festivals throughout the country as well as supporting local groups and events with workshops and performances. If you would like to book us for your event please get in touch through the contact us page of this website.

New dancers are always welcome whether you're a novice or have experience.
